Easy Cinnamon Tea Cookies Recipe from A Kitchen Addiction

It seems like the last couple of weeks leading up to the summer season have been kind of crazy around here. With the holiday, traveling, birthdays parties, sickness, and just life in general, it’s been a busy few weeks!

So, I’ve been taking every opportunity I can get to grab a few minutes of down time. And what makes the down time even better is having a couple of these cinnamon tea cookies to enjoy.

And don’t forget a cup of chai to go with them! I love enjoying a good cup of chai and so does my husband (still working on getting him to like coffee! 😉 ). It’s a great way to unwind after a busy day.

Thanks to the new TAZO® Chai Latte K-Cup® pods, we can enjoy a good cup of chai with just a push of a button.

Tazo Chai Tea K Cups

Made from milk, tea leaves, and spices, all you have to do is follow the two step process to savor a creamy drink that is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

It contains all the classic flavors of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and vanilla, and will soon become your favorite drink to sip on while stealing a few moments of relaxation!

And then, of course, grab a couple of these lightly sweet, slightly spicy cookies to munch on. They are a perfect side to the chai, because they aren’t too sweet and they hold up to being dunked in the drink.

Unless, of course, you aren’t one for dunking things in your drinks then you won’t care about that aspect. But if you are, you’ll find that these cookies make great dunkers!

Can you use a cookie press with this recipe?

I have not tried. However, I'm not sure the dough would be soft enough. You could use this classic spritz cookies recipe: and just add some cinnamon to it. Hope that helps!
