It’s time for another giveaway! This one is brought to you by Slimkicker.

SlimKicker is both a tool for calorie counting and a game. It takes your goals and turns them into a game that includes points, rewards, and challenges. As you log your calories, exercises, and complete challenges, you earn points and rewards (because who doesn’t need a little motivation now and then?!). Not by your computer all the time. . .not a problem, SlimKicker has an iPhone app so you can track your progress on the go!

They are looking for more fun and creative ideas for challenges that they can use. . .this is where YOU come in!  A representative from SlimKicker will pick their favorite, use it on their site, and . . .give away a 6-quart portable slow cooker to the winner!

Slow cookers are perfect tools to help busy people stay on track with their eating. No need to swing through the drive-thru on the way home from work, put a meal in the crock pot in the morning and you’ll have a nutritious meal waiting for you at home! I love mine, in fact, I have one big one and one small one! 😉

The requirements are simple:

  • In the comment section, leave your idea for a fun and creative diet or fitness challenge.

Some examples of challenges include:

  • Exercise for 30 minutes for 5 days a week.
  • Eat vegetables in one meal each day.
Try to come up with something a little more interesting than those two! 😉

Well, hello! :) Your husband told me about your giveaway. :) Wished I could have seen you, too!

I walk to the grocery store whenever possible (time allowing!). This gets the girls and I out of the house and I also get an errand done. I also love using non-fat yogurt in place of oil or butter in most of my recipes.

Don't eat out in a restaurant for a week, or even a month if you're ambitious. Of course some restaurants serve some healthy dishes but I find I get too tempted to not order the unhealthy dishes.

I have 3 crockpots and they do get a lot of use around here, so I am sure the winner of this giveaway will greatly appreciate it. I like the theme of this giveaway as well-we all need to keep motivated.
