Peanut Butter Brownie Magic Bars #OXOGoodBrownie
Serves: 36
  • ⅔ C butter
  • 1¾ C sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ C unsweetened baking cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 C all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ C peanut butter chips
  • ¼ C chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ C peanut butter
  • ½ C M&M candies
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar until sugar starts to dissolve. Remove pan from heat. Add eggs one at a time stirring after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Mix in baking cocoa and beat until well-blended. Add baking powder, salt, and flour. Stir until well-combined. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  5. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour over the top of the chips.
  6. Sprinkle with M&M candies.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until edges of bars start to turn brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
