Peanut Butter Smore's Granola Bites
Serves: 24
  • 1½ C quick oats
  • ¼ C whole wheat flour
  • ⅔ C crushed graham crackers
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ C no-stir natural peanut butter
  • ½ C honey
  • ¼ C marshmallow bits
  • ¼ C chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, wheat flour, crushed graham crackers, and salt. Add in peanut butter and honey and stir until well-combined.
  2. Stir in marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
  3. If dough is sticky, refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow to firm up before forming into 1-inch balls.
  4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
