Seven Layer Bars
Serves: 32
  • 2½ C graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ C butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1¼ C sweetend shredded coconut
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 C peanut butter chips
  • 1 C chopped pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  4. Sprinkle half of coconut over sweetened condensed milk. Top with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and chopped nuts. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until coconut begins to brown and edges are golden.
  6. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
