Apple Cinnamon Pancakes with NECTRESSE

This post brought to you by NECTRESSE™Sweetener. All opinions are 100% mine.

As you know, I generally try to make my food as healthy as possible without compromising flavor or substituting ingredients that are full of chemicals that would be more harmful than what they’re replacing. I am especially interested in finding a good sweetener to replace white sugar. So when I was contacted by Nectresse to review their product, I was excited to give it a try. NECTRESSE™Sweetener by Splenda is the only 100% natural sweetener made from fruit (monk fruit extract to be exact) and can be found wherever you shop for groceries. It comes in both packets (that are great for sticking in your purse!) and a canister with a multipurpose lid for easy pouring or measuring.

Nectresse is 150 times sweeter than sugar and can be used interchangeably with sugar in cooking and baking. I thought I would give it a try with these Apple Cinnamon Pancakes that I found on their site.

Nectresse didn’t disappoint. In fact, I found that I couldn’t even taste the difference in the pancakes. Usually there is an aftertaste that lingers with sugar substitutes, but not this one! I’m interested in trying it in more baked goods and drinks, especially with all of the holiday baking ahead! You want to give it a try? Head on over to the Nectresse site and sign up for your FREE sample of NECTRESSE™Sweetener. While you’re there, be sure to check out the recipe for these pancakes! They would make a great addition to a holiday brunch!

I've seen this sweetener in my stores but haven't tried it yet...I think I might have to give it a go. Even though I tend to bake a lot of sweet treats for the blog, I'm always looking for ways to cut down my sugar intake in real life. :-)

i've only heard of nectresse once before but have never tasted it or baked with it before! I'm intrigued! The pancakes look incredible though - apple cinnamon anything makes me weak at the knees :)

i'm usually not a fan of different kinds of sweetener for baking but i might have to give Nectresse a shot.
